How to calculate the tent size for a mid-Missouri wedding, party or special event

The size of your tent will depend on the headcount, the number of tables, and if there is a bar, dance floor, DJ booth, or stage. The standard rule is to allow 10 square feet of space per guest. If you have 100 guests, you will need 1,000 square feet of space. If you have a dance floor, DJ booth, bar, or other additional setups requiring more space, you’ll need to speak with the vendor and learn how much space they require.
