Rockin Rents reserves the right to cancel your reservation due to inclement weather, however we’re really flexible. Where we run into problems is with safety. It’s not safe to set up or operate in the rain, and it’s very dangerous in high wind or lightning. We will work with you when these things arise, so just give us a call if you’re concerned. Deposits are non-refundable, but we can reschedule your event to a later date so you don't lose your deposit.

We hope not! If you allow the kiddos to have food, drinks or anything that makes a real mess, then we will assess a cleaning fee starting at $50, depending on the level of cleanup required. This is rare however and requires disregard for the rules on your part, so let’s just avoid that one! We understand some things, like grass or dirt, are bound to happen.

YES! Rockin Rents upholds a strict philosophy on equipment maintenance and safety. The owners personally inspect all units when they buy them. If there are any issues, they’re sent back to the manufacturer immediately. In addition, each time a bouncer is set up and torn down it’s inspected by a Rockin Rents associate! Further, the owners recycle the units when they begin showing signs of significant wear. Nothing is more important than safety.
Absolutely! Rockin Rents allows customer pickups.
We recommend it. If you turn off the blower, it will deflate within a few minutes. That’s fine if NOBODY plays on or around it during this time. Keep in mind, these units weigh hundreds of pounds and a situation can become very serious if it deflates on a small child. As a general rule, don’t deflate it unless it’s weather related.
You MUST tend to the inflatable rental unit at all times. Accidents and injuries are rare, but they CAN happen. It is your responsibility to ensure all safety guidelines are followed and keep all food, drinks and SILLY STRING out of the unit at all times. If you have questions, just call us!
